Jurisdiction & Restrictions
phfairy is operated primarily for users based in the Philippines and complies with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Violations of these rules will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any associated balances, and where applicable, referral to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities. phfairy monitors platform usage continuously to detect and prevent prohibited conduct.
5. Payments & Transaction Policy
All financial transactions on phfairy — including deposits, withdrawals, and account balances — are denominated and processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). You may only fund your account using payment methods that are registered in your own name; third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the source where technically possible. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account portal at the time of transaction. phfairy processes withdrawal requests in a timely manner, subject to completion of any required identity verification and compliance checks. In cases where phfairy has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, the platform reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation. Transaction fees, if any, will be clearly communicated before you confirm a payment action, and phfairy will not apply undisclosed charges to standard deposits or withdrawals. The platform's total liability to any user for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim. Nothing in these terms shall exclude liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulations.
Account Suspension & Closure
phfairy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where a user has breached these Terms and Conditions, provided false registration information, engaged in prohibited conduct, or failed to complete required verification procedures within a specified period. Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support through their account portal, and closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Upon account closure, any remaining balance that is verified as legitimately earned will be returned to the user via the original payment method, subject to standard identity and fraud checks. Accounts that have been closed for breach of terms may have their balances permanently voided. phfairy also reserves the right to implement temporary account restrictions, such as deposit limits or login blocks, where there is concern about a user's wellbeing or the security of their account.
7. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the phfairy platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, game graphics, text, software, and compiled data — is the exclusive intellectual property of phfairy or its licensed partners and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any phfairy content without prior written consent from the platform operator. Unauthorized use of phfairy intellectual property may result in legal action. The platform may from time to time contain links or references to third-party websites or services; these are provided for informational convenience only and phfairy does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. phfairy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior individual notice to users; the revised version will be posted on the platform with an updated effective date, and continued use of phfairy following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
